Palmira Capital Partners has concluded several leases, on a total of 10,700 sq m, for its Unternehmensimmobilien Club 2 (UIC 2) fund. In the largest, Plastics expert Sauer Product GmbH has taken 8,600 sq m of logistics and storage space in a business park in Dieburg, south of Frankfurt am Main.
In the "Ikaruspark" in Puchheim, Aaron Electronic GmbH, Veonis Technologies GmbH and Elmatic GmbH have secured a total lettable area of 1,500 sq m. The business park, immediately adjoining the Munich motorway ring, provides 14,500 sq m of office and storage space. It is virtually fully let to over 30 occupiers in a range of sectors.
Lastly, NRW.URBAN Service GmbH has expanded its rental unit in the Servicepark Dortmund West on Revierstrasse by taking a further 600 sq m. This asset provides a total lettable area of 16,000 sq m, mainly offices but also including storage and ‘service’ (utility) space.
UIC 2, which was launched in 2020, focuses on commercial parks and small-scale office parks, as well as production properties. It is fully invested.
