This makes us the perfect partner for all matters relating to integrated asset and property management of industrial real estate. PALMIRA understands by this logistics real estate (warehousing, transhipment and distribution properties), light production facilities and business parks.
The clear focus on this asset class sets PALMIRA apart from non-specialised service providers and ist to the benefit of our customers. To identify and realise the potential value growth of an industrial property requires extensive knowledge of this type of real estate. PIM pursues an interdisciplinary approach and effective process services.
The main focus is on active tenant management, commercial and technical support for the property, management of all involved parties and the implementation of an efficient reporting and information system. To ensure processes are optimised and reporting runs smoothly, PALMIRA works with well-known and internationally recognised software systems, including MRI and Yardi.
In addition, through Palmira Capital Partners, PALMIRA provides specialised investment advisory and investment management services for industrial real estate. With a presence in a number of European countries, PIM can also manage international real estate investments. Currently PIM has over 400,000 sqm of real estate under management in Germany. The tenants include prominent companies such as BMW, C&A, Daimler and DHL.
Since March 2014, Palmira Industrial Management has been responsible for the asset and property management of a large number of logistics and industrial properties. The properties are situated at various locations throughout Germany and have such well-known tenants as Uniwheels, C&A, BMW, Daimler, DHL or Emons.
